[re]conciled.

"Therefore since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace on which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurances produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person--though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die--but God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since, therefore, we have now been justified by His blood, much more shall we be saved by Him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by His life. More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliaton."

Amazing.

It's not up to us.

Not to fix our inequities.
Not to sort out our junk.
Not to make sense of our senselessness.

But instead, we may stand in His grace, upheld and sustained by His perfect love. He has given us access by faith to ALL that we need. There is nothing left to figure out, to put together, to rearrange so that we may have acquire the strength to follow Jesus and center our lives on Him. For while we were (and are) still weak, at the right time Christ died for us. While we will always be in the midst of realizing who we are and who He is, God has a perfect knowledge of each of us and of Himself. And this is His plan! That we might be reconciled to Him through our faith in Jesus. Reconciled. It's not a process. It's where we freely stand because of Christ. Reconciled to God. The Work has been done. I pray that ALL we seek to do is sit at the feet of Jesus with all humility and awe, knowing that He is.

We have all that we have because He is.
We require nothing else because He is.
We are reconciled to God because He is.

We are because He is.

He is all we need.
